Terms of Service

Last updated: February 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Discord User Lookup (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of this Service ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a web-based tool that allows users to look up publicly available Discord user profile information by entering a Discord User ID. The Service queries the Discord API and third-party services to retrieve and display profile data including, but not limited to, usernames, avatars, banners, badges, account creation dates, and presence information.

3. No Affiliation with Discord

This Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. "Discord" and related trademarks are the property of Discord Inc. We are an independent third-party tool that utilizes publicly available APIs and data.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of any person
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Attempt to circumvent any rate limiting, bot protection, or security measures implemented by the Service
  • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other programmatic means to access the Service without our prior written consent
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach any security or authentication measures
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure
  • Use information obtained through the Service to engage in doxxing, harassment, or any form of abuse directed at Discord users

5. Publicly Available Information

The Service only displays information that is publicly available through the Discord API and related services. We do not access private or restricted data. The information displayed is determined by the privacy settings configured by each Discord user within their own Discord account. We bear no responsibility for the content or availability of such information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, compilation, and other materials on the Service are the proprietary property of the Service operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the results of using the Service will be accurate, reliable, or complete; or (d) the Service will meet your requirements or expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SERVICE OPERATOR, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service operator and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms, and these Terms shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
